Impeccable room design.
We had issues finding the hotel as the roads leading to it are single country lanes. Arriving late in the afternoon meant we faced no traffic, but I can imagine it would be frustrating at peak times. there was no complimentary water in the room, which would have been a simple and thoughtful amenity.
